The overall operation is divided into 3 parts, of which 2 are to be asked to develop and is developing as a part.
projection in the general, overall performance is mentioned, the other flowcharts described in more detail each part of the development or operation.
the projection of "supplier" states the following:
the supplier will have a multi-user access portal, where the income will have a panel of 4 sections, the first would be a place where the remaining tasks will be deployed with its own status, which you can enter each specific task. The second site is the section will have a reply form to answer and send those tasks.
The third section is the history of all tasks, with their comments, user status and gave up.
admin projection shows that the information obtained by the projection (public site) have to convert information from a mail format in mysql as it will be read by the supplier portal.
Admin access will complete view of all data including a portal for the general statistics as well as a site where automatic newsletter will be used all emails from the system.
the multi-domain projection shows that multiple domains will exist to send information to the system and each domain will have its respective supplier portal, likewise each portal vendor must be multi-user.
the system outlined in red dotted lines, is a parallel system where the administrator publish some short message with an image and it will be displayed in a little history on each site where the script is installed, similar to the operation of twitter but more simple and only publish the board administrator. (not necessary to develop at this time, do not add to the price unless the cost is little difference.)
the system outlined in pink line shows improvement to be implemented over the medium term, so that the system must be made so as to be scalable, this improvement is that filter contact data from the database and forward the information to portals for providers of domain, when the user answers, the system will be queued and this, waiting to be sent through the administrator. (The user should never see supplier contact information). [not necessary to develop at this time, do not add to the price unless the cost is little difference.]
blue lines represent the final project which is of priority in the listing.
green lines represent what is already done and not have to perform or contribute.
pink dotted lines are an improvement in the code that we add in the short to medium term, so that development should be considered for application in the future.
dotted red lines are a simple add-on we want to add in the future, so the system should be developed so that it can be implemented in the future.
