We are going to build a web based software platform for call back center with all services needed like:
- Contact Center - queue, prioritize and allocate contacts to administrators
- Task management - organize and order duties
- CRM - sales force automation, customer relationship management and activity monitoring
- IP telephony - cheap, efficient and simple telephony with SIP phone
- TM - simple but powerful functionality for call lists

Ons the client is registered in our system and have a case there, then every time he/she calls the case will be identified with the phone number and the info of the client incl. the case will open automatically so the call agent can welcome the customer and read the case direct.
The platform must work fast and accept many agents to work at the same time.
