This project is for the development of a Buddypress/Wordpress plugin to provide Project Management Tool which will provide time recording and time management for the planned community services.
The community is designed as a generic commercial community engaged in commercial activities such as providing Building Services, Legal Services, Creative Services etc.
In each case community members post tasks and projects, request quotations, appoint suppliers and manage contracts and relevant payments to project completion.
As part of this community service there is a need for a Project Management Tool of community activity that allows Users to record their time spent on specific projects.
In addition to this plugin a plugin is being developed for financial accounting and management for projects and the building of contracts. The Project Management Tool is responsible for recording time spent against the budgets set in the Financial and Contractual Tool , therefore you will be expected to work with the developers of the Financial Accounting Tool to ensure compatibility and communication between the plugins. This is primarily a data management and database access issue.
