We have some PHP code that we would like converted to ColdFusion.
The php code is sample code for a 3rd party application we will be integrating into an existing ColdFusion application. While we do not require the CF code to be written such that it integrates with our application, the code must successfully work with the 3rd party application. The 3rd party application is Accusoft's Prizm Content Connect - [url removed, login to view] You will have to register via [url removed, login to view] to get an evaluation license and download the software to be able to test the code conversion. The email address you register for the download with will be used during the Prizm install process to determine how long you have to evaluate the product, so it must be a legitimate email address and one you will remember.
Prizm Content Connect (aka PCC) has a legacy version and a newer version called PCC Imaging Services (aka PCCIS). The code to be converted makes use of the PCCIS version, NOT the Legacy version. I have attached all of the relevant code for the php sample, but if you do a standard install you should find the same code at C:\Prizm\Samples\PCCIS\php.
The sample code works for two 'viewers'. One is an HTML5 viewer and the other is a Flash / SWF viewer. Each viewer makes use of a common set of code and there are only a few differences between the [url removed, login to view] files for each viewer. There is a total of 1202 lines of code to be converted but due to the significant overlap of the two [url removed, login to view] files it only amounts to about 1000 lines of code that need to be directly converted.
The viewers make calls to [url removed, login to view] using clean/user-friendly/seo-friendly URLs, e.g. [url removed, login to view], and the CF code must also support this format. At the bottom of [url removed, login to view], which is the app's 'controller', is code that analyses the query string and determines what action to take. The CF code must also support this URL format. We expect that you will use a single CFM file to act like [url removed, login to view] and have CFCs for corresponding classes as necessary.
The minimum version of ColdFusion it must support is version 9. We require that cfscript be used when possible rather than CF tags and that the relevant php line(s) of code will be included in the CF template/CFC above the corresponding CF code (but commented out of course) so we can verify the conversion process.
We have added the "urgent" flag to this task and made it "featured" in Freelancer not because we need it done asap but because we would prefer to get it done soon rather than having to wait a week or two.
Payment will be made once the resulting CF code is confirmed working in our environment (the server OS is Windows and our web server is IIS). The sample being converted does not cover all of the Prizm Content Connect functionality that we want to make use of, so there is the prospect of additional work being available after this task is completed.
