Dear Freelancer, we are looking for someone who has expertise in Office 365 Small Business who can help configure our Office 365 environment to reflect our company branding. We don't exactly know precisely what we want (depends on what can be done in Office 365), but at this point we would like to:
Configure Office 365 environment to reflect our branding and colour scheme.
Set-up a shared calendar that can draw on a number of feeds from multiple Microsoft Exchange email accounts so we can see where people are going to be on a particular day.
Set-up a means of reporting invoices, time and expenses and producing reports, for instance around share point, with data entry forms and reports. We have excel based invoice, time and expense reporting tools that would give you a view on the fields we need including in the trackers / reports.
Look forward to hearing back from people who have expertise in this area and can help us. Any examples of work (screenshots and so on) would be appreciated and will help our decision making process. We would provide branding / details etc once we have appointed someone.
