Get List of All Cities and Streets from OpenStreetMap - by country

Hello, OpenStreetMap ( [login to view URL] ) has several APIs that enables you to download their free geographic data sets in many ways. We are interested only in the Regions, Cities, Streets Tables/Names for certain countries and the polygons of Regions and Cities I want to create a desktop tool (Preferred a desktop .NET application), that after I give it a Country (by name) - it will generate, locally, the following tables in an XML and CSV files (both) and save them. (we will later import these into SQL server and other software. We will periodically check for updates so we will re-download these data sets again and again from time to time. Here is the output we are looking for Table 1) Regions table columns: RegionID RegionName Polygon (the polygon nodes as a string of x and y points) CentroidX CentroidY Table 2) Cities table columns: CityID (int/float), CityName (char), Polygon (the polygon nodes as a string of x and y points) RegionName (char) RegionID (int/float) CityCode (int/float) Table 3) CityStreets table columns: CityStreetID CityName StreetName MinHouseNumber MaxHouseNumber CentroidX CentroidY Table 4) POI (points of interest) table columns: POIID POIName CityName X Y TypeName1 TypeName2 Attribute1 . . Attribute2 All this data is available in the free APIs and whoever bids here needs to make sure he checked the APIs first before making an offer, to make sure he understands what will be required and how he will do this.
