Hdmi over Tcp-ip Viewer

Hi I want to intercept the single from my E-More® LKV373IR on the local network. I believe the single is being sent over two ports one for video and another for audio. I would like to have a script written that can find the transmitter on the network.(or multiple transmitter if there are). user selects what one and views the stream and can hear the audio. I would like this as a windows script that can launch the stream and as html 5 viewer that will be installed on Ubuntu. You can use any open source software for any part like vlc or any solution you like. - Windows script can be exe, java, powershell or anything you like i just like one click to open a video stream. and it to detect where the receiver is. This project will require: - You to remote into my network and discover the stream. - Create windows script that opens the stream - Install and configure on ubuntu stream and html5 viewer ( you will get clean ubuntu install )
