Independent PHP, OOP, mySQL, jQuery, AJAX expert.

I am a busy web developer looking for a senior web developer with excellent English skills for a long term relationship. You MUST be able to work a minimum of six hours a day five days a week, with the ability to work longer hours when necessary. You must be available to work on weekends occasionally when workload demands it. You need to be a skilled web programmer, comfortable working in a LAMP environment with experience working with AJAX, jQuery, and JavaScript. You should have some design skills and a good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, as well as experience creating responsive sites. You need to be comfortable building custom CMS. You need a good knowledge of OOP coding practices. I need a coder who prefers to work with core, hand coded PHP. A knowledge of frameworks might be helpful maintaining some client sites built by others, but our coding will not be using back end frameworks. (We do use front end frameworks such as Bootstrap). The majority of the work will be back-end database driven custom business programming, although you do need some front end skills. I prefer candidates who can start immediately. You must have a minimum of 100 hours of work on oDesk, or other freelancer sites, with a minimum of 4.5 review ranking. Don't waste your points if you don't meet that criteria. I need coders who can work independently. You must be willing to sign a NDA. You may not use my work in your portfolios.
