This project is for 1 freelancer only. Do not bid on it. I currently use [login to view URL] as a license management and distribution solution but they have become unreliable so I am looking to create my own solution that I will have 100% control over. I need a complete software licensing management and distribution solution. The solution will be almost identical to [login to view URL] but slightly different with some different and added features. The solution will have 2 parts. A “wrapper” that will be a windows desktop program and a web based backend database. The wrapper will be used to “protect” the exe, pdf, or whatever file I want. The web based backend database will be used to manage the users and product information.
