I'm looking to have a customized version of [url removed, login to view] that I can install on my hosting account. This will be for use for myself and my business dealings, so there will only be access by myself. There must be functionality to provide limited access to my colleagues/associates (with simple username/password that I can add).
[url removed, login to view] is the perfect example, but I would like a module built into this. Sign up at [url removed, login to view], and look at the expenses/income/reporting tabs. I want all of that. Then I want a TRANSACTION TAB. Please take note, in the income/expenses tab you can add/remove categories (or you can do so from the settings) - this is vital.
This transaction TAB must have the functionality to record income and expenses in a single linked transaction. This is for the purpose of not only putting on income and expenses, but for being able to review which incomes and which expenses are linked. For instance, Costs of Goods (expense) - Cost of Delivery (expense) - Total amount transferred by customer (income) all of these must be accepted on one transaction and then divided. The income and expenses tab must still exist, and they must still retain their functionality to accept input data without the transaction TAB. This is all very hard to explain, but I will set up a meeting for a winning bidder to ensure everything is understood. I will also design the graphic interface to explain what i want. Please understand, if you cannot create a duplicate of [url removed, login to view] with your current skills, don't bid. [url removed, login to view] is the perfect example to make sure you know what you're doing.
