I am building a php file gateway that streams rmvb files using header() info to force the script to appear to be the file being requested. Currently my script can be used to download the file or stream the file in a web based player (clsid:CFCDAA03-8BE4-11CF-B84B-0020AFBBCCFA, mime:application/vnd.rn-realmedia-vbr), but seeking within the video and loading the file in to an external instance of realplayer are not currently working due to missing headers (If-Range and Etag). The script is 90% operational, but I require the assistance of someone more familiar with file gateway scripting and php header() spoofing.
The right individual for the job should be able to resolve this issue in less than a day.
Tools required: real alternative player, packet monitor, ftp client
