Project management systema

I need a freelancer to make a project management system for project follow ups, for reminding deadlines to people involved on every project and to log every project event. Users involved on project must be able to make posts on project's history log and to post files on the history. The Table structure has to be like his --------------------- USERS - ID - name - email - mobile telephone PROJECTS - ID - title: - customer - user1 - user2 - user3 - user4 - user5 - user6 - user7 - user8 - user9 - user10 STAGES ( for every project) - STAGE ID - STAGE NAME - Project ID - stage start date - stage deadline date REMINDERS (for every estage) - Project ID: - STAGE ID: - Days before deadline to remind: - Message to remind by email: - Message to remind by sms LOG (This will be used for logging project events and to make a project history) - Event ID - Event Title - Event description ----------------- HISTORY FEATURE Earlier Stage start date Every reminder sent must be added on the history log Users must be able to post updates and/or attachments in following formats, word, excel, pdf, jpg, bmp,gif, cdr, ai (it will be good if file types can be configured) Changes of Stage deadlines dates must be written on history log Later deadline of later stage will be the end of the history Other features for the system - When a new project is created, default stages and remind messages must be created and linked to the new project. - Winning freelancer will make scripts to check what reminders has to be sent and send them by email and SMS with our SMS provider's API to the involved users - PHP, MYSQL nedded - Language file needed for translating all frontedn messages I hope this info usefull your you to bid.
