Report Needed for Zen Cart

I need a report made that I can print out OR view on the screen every day or
on demand. We sell juice for e-cigarettes. Each day and at various times I
need to be able to print out a report that lists juices ordered in
chronological order. I'd like the option to do the print out by order
status, such as those still Processing or those that are Shipped. For those
that are already Shipped I'd like to be able to choose the time frame.
The report should show the Order number in first column, quantity in second
column, the order Model Number in third column, the Nicotine level in fourth
column, comments in fifth column (sometimes they ask for extra flavoring in
the comments). The report should allow me the option of an ascending or
descending report based on the order number. To help our juice maker I'd like
a horizontal rule between order numbers.
Most orders have ordered several different kinds of juice so I want this grouped by order number. In other words I only want the order number printed once for each particular order, to avoid clutter.
I would like total number of juices ordered somewhere in the report.
You can list the report under Reports in the Zen Cart admin - call it Juice List.
I highly prefer soemone who has good experience in Zen Cart, not just MySQL.
