Hi, I'm looking for some existing software or to custom make software for my Second hand dealer biz. this software needs to cover a number of points to satisfy the regulatory Authorities for buying and selling second hand goods. Points to be covered Second-hand dealers must record: •an accurate description of the goods, including a description of any identifying mark or label •the identifying mark or number assigned to the goods by the dealer •the full name and address of the person from whom the goods are received •details of the identification provided by the person •the date and time at which the goods were received •the price paid for the goods •the name of the person acting on behalf of the dealer.
