We require some improvements in the Os Ticket software
*We would like that the staff members who has been included in a ticket despite he/she doesn't has it or has not created it, can watch it wherever it is.
*We require new fields: i) who has a ticket; and a ii) custom field.
*We require to filter every field.
*We need to filter tickets that has more than "x" days with a staff member, and generate a weekly report about this info.
