I am looking for a professional php programmer with design experience who can update my responsive design header.
My website is written in php. The website is already themed and coded.
The website also responds to all devices.
I would like to simplify the header to look like in style like [login to view URL] header so that the search bar remains on all pages and the menu links appear right below header. The header must respond to all devices.
Example google header:

I want the header to have same color and logo next to search bar.
