Looking for someone to help integrate Zendesk and twilio, I already have a working zendesk and a working twilio account with a number that i'd like people to be able to sms to that will result in the creation of a ticket in zendesk or update an existing ticket.
Likewise, if a zendesk user/agent responds to a ticket the response would go out via twilio as an sms.
I was hoping we could run the php scripts from a heroku instance.
Someone has already done the hard work, we just need someone to integrate it and test it. You must have a working mobile and have the ability to test this.
