Dating website PHP and database work

I am working on a dating website, it has fields on the register page that need to be changed.
I'll give you a list of fields that I want, I will PM those that might be awarded more details through PM.
Please note that the fields need to be changed so that once registered, the fields also show up on the users profile etc.
This software is already working so changing it shouldn't be too hard.
