520651 Yabb (perl) forum to PHP forum conversion

I have a large Yabb forum (on Yabb 2.5) and wish to convert this to a PHP forum. Preferably one of the well known PHP forums.

It is a fairly large forum with over 1m posts.

I would also like to have a nice template that looks similar to my own site, if possible.

So I need someone who is familiar with both Perl and PHP forums and is confident they can do this conversion so all messages and members, etc can be successfully transferred.

The conversion should be done in a separate folder and made live once finished and tested to prevent any downtime in the forums.
