We need customization of the Trouble Tickets Module in vTiger CRM as below:
* Being able to add multiple items/products being received in a single Trouble Ticket entry alongwith the complaint in that item. Currently only a single product can be received in the CRM.
* Product History required.
* Complaint History required.
* Other report may also be required based on the above modification.
The above customization must be provided in the form of a module/patch, which we can simply install in the CRM.
