Develop Payment Gateway "HDFC and CITRUS NET Banking" in MAGENTO Framework

Hi, (OPENCART to MAGENTO) I already have a live website in OPENCART framework and i recently transferred to MAGENTO framework. I need someone to transfer/re-develop my "HDFC payment gateway and CITRUS Netbanking" in Magento. Please quote only if you have experience in payment gateway and Magento framework. In Citrus net banking, i need option in admin where i can add new bank name to the already existing list of bank name so that customer can select the newly added bank in the frontend while proceeding with the payment. Note: 95%, the requirement is as straight as the title, but there could be modifications in the front end as how to show options/information to the customer. So developer should be little flexible and also i would advice to show me prototype design before proceeding with the actual thing.
