Develop and add mass upload function to existing fully functional Wordpress MYSQL databases (two) integrated into pluging for Wordpress blog. Mass upload function will consist of CSV files to specific categories of the databases and related PDF files linked to item dimension of each CSV file. Mass upload of max of ten CSV file to each database and up to 200 PDF files per CSV file. Upload of both CSV files and PDF files should use existing functions of the plugin.
The mass upload function will be separate to the present upload function which consists of manual sequential upload of CSV and PDF files to the databases.
Uploads will be to one database at a time (i.e. uploads will be to one database at a time and not to both databases).
The mass upload function should include the following additional elements that integrate with the look and feel of blog and plugin:
- upload progress indicator that signals progress of the upload process and when the upload is completed
- when PDF files with the same item number numbers are being uploaded to the database and option to overwrite existing PDF files. This function should be via pop up that's similar to the current warning function on uploading PDF files.
You are required to test the mass upload function and ensure it is 100% functional for both databases.
You are required to delete all CSV and PDF files uploaded to the databases for testing leaving the databases free of all files (CSV and PDF).
You should ensure that the mass upload function is efficient of server capacity and gives quick upload times.
A short video of the existing database function can be seen at the link below:

You should provide example of work completed on developing Wordpress plugin/s over the past twelve months.
Note: You are not required to develop the plugin as this has been developed and is functional.
My maximum for the project is $275 because I'm looking for a professional and an expert.
