488396 PHP Directory Changes

We need to update the template of the attached screen grabs.

Also - we need to split the "reset password" and " my credits" fields onto two other pages.

Finally - conversion of login page into php page - finding handler and updating.

1. Must be able to work UK hours - 7am UK (8 hrs)

2. Must be able to work Friday & Saturday

3. Must have VERY VERY good english

4. Must have 3yrs + in PHP
