Html Editor

I need a simple html editor similar to Microsoft front page 2003 without 90% of the bells and whistles. A front page Lite for a lack of a better choice of words. It should be very simple, basic and easy to use. Please pay careful attention to forms and tables. Especially forms as they are the most tricky to deal with. I will need a detailed outline on how you plan to deal with form submissions. Please feel free to contact me any time if you have any questions. I do realize that this is not a $50 project. But, Before I select you I would like to see some the development work that you have done in the past. It would be preferable if you have done something on similar lines. I would also like for you to provide me with a project outline detailing exactly how you would like to proceed. Time involved, delivery phases, building platforms Etc.. Please also include your DETAILED method for error checking. This has to be a robust and sturdy application. THAT MAKES GOOD CODE!! Please look at the attached File. I have created a few templates that should give you a excellent idea of exactly what I want. Please excuse my lack of artistic ability. Start with the Index.htm. Please examine my templates thoroughly. The editor must work on windows 95 and above and all output should be fully compatible (Look Good) in internet explorer 5+ and netscape6+.
