i need to create a twitter script that can do the following:

autofollow people based on keyword,bio. search based on state,city or zip code.

need to send auto reply to people based on their keyword,

need to send up to 5 auto replies rotation,,

need to accept multiple accounts

needs paypal integration

ability to create twitter accounts from script

can check for mentions

schedule updates

send mass mass direct messages to followers on schedule

auto unfollow people after certain days

click tracker

easy to use admin control panel to add and remove accounts

more details will be offered, need script installed on my server

need job done in 5 days or less
