DOS to Visual Basic code conversion

I require conversion of DOS based program code to a Visual Basic subroutine. I want a line by line porting of this code. That is, an equivalent Visual Basic source code derived from the BASIC code that I will provide the developer. Testing of the code will be difficult because it will require that results are tested on a proprietary device that I cannot provide to the coder working on this project. This will not be a problem if the coder awarded the project can simply do a line by line conversion. This project will initially start with a single subroutine and if satisfactory results are obtained the coder may be awarded future work to do the entire project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Visual Basic 6.0
