Hello, I need a program that uses the Lucent (Bell-Labs) Text To Speech engine. It should have a multiline text field that accepts user text. It should have radio buttons to choose a "voice" and sliders to adjust the various parameters of the voice. When you click "Submit" in the program, it should pop up a file-save dialog asking you for the name of a .wav file, then use the TTS engine to convert your typed text to a .WAV. This _MUST_ be done with the Lucent TTS Engine. NOT the Microsoft or any other one. I do not currently have a copy of the engine, and Lucent has discontinued it, therefore the coder must already have and provide all necessary engine files to make this work on my computer. I understand the engine ships with an Active-X control that will make this program a very easy task.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Lucent TTS engine files necessary to make the program run 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased (except for the engine files, of course).
