PopUp Blocker

Need app. with source, documentation and setup. This app. will meet the following requirements for blocking popup ads, banners, etc.: Ability to Block 100%, Unsolicited Popups, Block Known Popups, Block Unknown Popups, Cannot impair with opening a new window, No set up for Websites or keywords, Must block mouseover types, General Popups, Pop-Under Ads, Block Re-opened Popups, White list for URL, Notification on Blocking, Recall list of blocked Popups, Hotkey or menu to Temporarily allow site's, Support for IE, Netscape and Opera. Needs to run in system tray, and automatically start when system is started. Prefer work completed in Delphi, because of single exe, but can be and will be accepted if completed in VB6. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code, documentation, and setup.
