Visual Basic and mySQL Integration

MySQL-VB 6.0-PHP Programmer needed-must do the following: Design, build, and implement a mySQL database on my Unix web server that will have to support approx 200 labels and 15 list boxes from a visual as well as account registration fields, each user account must have this information in it. Coder will build vb app and modify web pages to support the system. Your submitted work will do the following. 1.) A user will create an account using the web pages. 2.) The user will start the visual basic application. And enter their userid and password. This will load all of the values stored within their user account to all of the labels and listboxes. First time user will have most fields blank except for account information created at time of web page account set up. 3.) The application will include code that can be inserted in command buttons or timers to re-save all of the data because during application runtime, users can change the data values. 4.) The actual application will consist of about 5-7 forms, 200 labels, and about 15 listboxes. The controls are located on various forms. 5.) The system will have the ability where users can recreate their data fresh, so if a user has numerous fields populated and wants to start fresh, should that button be click, it will remove the information currently stored in their user account except their account login and password type information. 6.) The system must support a mass number of user with each having their own account and own information, so each account and the data within them is user specific. 7.) The saves, logins, and loads are to and from vb clients to the mySQL db over the internet, so this should be considered along with save and load times. Coder is responsible for all work to get this up and running. This is very time sensitive and needs to be done immediately. Only coders who are confident this can be handled quickly and easily should bid. Once all of this work is done I will integrate and test in the actual application and coder will assist in this integration. All additional detail in the included document.
