drupal sms (txt) notification system for attached design

i have a mock demo up

this needs to be converted to valid xhtml and css with specific javascript and ajax enhancements from list

system to allow for members to specify search terms. member then sets % of accuracy.

search results display any accuracy from that % up to 100. they then accept terms for subscription to be notified via txt message when new listing are added that match %

administrators can post listings (no price), modify form fields for listing, post individual listings for sale, delete comments

only owner has access to all accounts to modify or delete

advertising space

connect to google checkout for payments

hosting for one year, daily error and log monitoring for spam, daily backups, weekly system check and test, monthly support
