We have a web application which requires user registration and activation and which include periodic email communication with the users.
For some unknown reasons, most of the emails sent get filtered by browser based and desktop email clients (tagged as spam/junk although the ip address of the server is not in any spam blacklist and the emails are not spam of any kind).
We need an analysis of what it is about our emails which triggers the spam filters and suggestions for changing the emails so they pass the filters successfully.
Analysis should include: Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail and MS Outlook.
5 text emails and 1 html email.
1. A report explaining why the emails trigger the spam filters of EACH email client.
2. Safe email-sending guidelines and revised emails content which will pass the spam filters.
3. Proof that the revised emails indeed pass the spam filters successfully.
