Website and Search Engine Optimization for Oscommerce Cre-loaded Site

I need someone who has good experience working with Oscommerce Cre-loaded Version. The project goal is to optimizing the Oscommerce website to improve the speed and perform search engine optimization to get high ranking from search engine. The details are listed below: 1. Speed/Performance Optimization: (I did speed test on [login to view URL]; and my site is slow on load time. I would like to make improvements on that.) Tasks include but not limited to: -Validate HTML, XHTML -Optimizing HTML, CSS & Java scripts, Graphic, etc to improve the load speed. 2. Search Engine Optimization: - Validate Content. - Validate the HTML and CSS code according to W3C recommendations & standards. (I did a check on [login to view URL]; and currently my site fails with HTML validate with 51 errors which need to be fixed. Error mostly caused by ALT not specified.) - Make sure Title, Description and Keywords are installed correctly. - Add Ultimate SEO URL if needed. - Improve backlinks and help spiders to find my site. - Submit site to search engines to get high rankings. 3. Server Side Optimization. Also the feature product pages are not lined up right which needed to be fixed as well.
