544706 RSS Feed Scraper

I need a script that will process a list of RSS feeds. For each RSS feed, it would need to: take the last 10 articles in each feed, get the actual address of all the articles (not the feedburner or other shortcut links), the article titles, the article summaries, and any images attached to the articles. It will then need to add this data to a mysql database table, but only if that article address is not already in the table and the title doen't match (don't want duplicate entries). Needs to be built using PHP, CURL, and MySQL. NO frameworks, no drupal, or anything like that. Budget is $50. Will escrow funds prior to start, but will not release funds until project is in good working order on my server.
