492704 ExSellProperty Real Estate Joomla Component: Refactor 2

Here is what needs to be fixed in Joomla Real Estate component ExSellProperty:

1) Please compare the files (use diff or a tool that incorporates diff

such as Meld) with the last stable version of the component.

Note changes; these need to be put into any further versions.

We will send our source when/if you accept assignment.

2) When a person searches for agents and is not logged in, they can only view the first page of results; clicking the Next (or the 2) results in a 404 error. [url removed, login to view]

The URL generated is [url removed, login to view]

however the correct URL would be [url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

instead. Please fix this.

3) Our Joomla ExSellProperty Component requires us to set, in [url removed, login to view], options to allow "short open tag" and "fopen url." Both of these are security risks. Please change short tags to normal (I know this can be done) and if you can please use relative instead of absolute URL so that the fopen option is not needed.
