Create a new ASP.net project in C# with MVC 4 architecture and build a dynamic website by the mocks (PSD files) in this project. You have to use ASP.net SignalR to the live functions.
Main Menu (the button in menu can open new frames without the loading of the all site).
Sidebars (The sidebars contain live elements such as news-feed, number of the new messages, list about new activities)
Middle Panel (This content can be refresh, if somebody clicks on a button of the main menu.)
Live Feed (Position: in the Middle Panel; Functions: post messages, comments, polls, Like-button, Delete-button)
TaskPanel (Position: in the Middle Panel; this one contains information, and popup text-bubbles. There are one button, what can open a childwindow.)
Childwindow (There are a drag and drop function, and a progress bar what use information from the target dragp&drop list.)
+ Every texts on the site can be changed on a other language by a SelectList, so you have to create a language file and create this function. We use now English and we will send you the texts.
The website should be able to appear good in all popular browsers and on tablet devices.
The project owner will provide the PSD files to the HTML/CSS implementation.
SignalR is needed to the Live Feed and to the other live elements, such as the number of the new messages, list about the new activities.)
The project owner will share the details of the implementation of the design (View, Controlls and Scripts). (TeamViewer is needed for this part.)
