Community site with advanced features

Im looking along the lines of a community site. Now I have two scripts which are Alstrasoft E-friends and My friends online v3.7 The scripts are both community type scripts like friendster and tribe. I'll probably end up using My friends online script as it has more features that interest me. I would like to include a hot or not function like I-rater platinum. I would also need to have an instant messenger like Site 1 below.

I need a reliable person that can do the job. It shouldnt be too hard because I am providing you with all the scripts all you have to do is modify it to my needs. I have alot of other projects in mind like a casino lotto site, a get paid for clicking or emailing type site and if the coder does a good job on this he would definetly be re-hired.

Update: You dont need to integrate a whole rating script into my friends online. Just need to clean up the code of my friends online and
1) add a rating system of 1-10 where the members can post comments ect
2) have a forum integrated with the database of my friends online
3) integrate flash chat or the instant messenger of Site 1
