Home web page design (for financial service company).

We need some help to design and create web site home page for financial service company.
It should be conservative, not funky, but looks modern (mean complex lighting, shadows, transparency, clear pictures, etc. - all these elements which feels like the site is "web2", instead flat simple website from last century).
You need deliver a HTML page as well, as PSD file with all elements in separate layers with clear name for each layer to easy identify each element.
What’s required:
Homepage design for web site offering mortgage services.
Site mini-logo (a small and simple “mascot” graphic)
Navigation menu.
Main banner with integrated simple web-form.
Sidebar with several logos
Footer.
Please do not bid for the project without showing genuine interest, care and attention to detail.
Please only post if you will show a genuine commitment to the project if hired, if you are able to take initiative and your English is of a high standard.
We will need to see your previous work - while bidding please show any one sample of yours as image format or links to websites.
Please do not give us a full list of sites from your portfolio!!!
Make sure it is attractive and reflect site specialization (financial sector: mortgages, loans insurance etc).
You will be selected from those sample sites you will show to us.
Please be noticed that we will be responding only for interesting bidders the rest will be ignored.

After hiring we will explain the design concept and layout in considerable detail, as well as the extras required. That said, however, we would like to hire someone who has a good artistic sense of ‘what looks good’ – I don’t want to have to provide instructions on every remaining minute detail.
