We have an inhouse CRM which has a custom built mailing / ticketing system which is very slow and clunky. We are looking to replace this with a better open source solution which can provide superfast access and reliability.
You will need to provide us with a web based front end fully integrated with our current custom bootstrap layout.
- Simple web based front end with Gmail like functionality
- Add new accounts via our current crm dashboard (choose user and allocate username@ + any alias
- Admin MUST have the ability to view email accounts from ANY user on the system
- Have the ability to add additional functionality to the email front end i.e send document set from dropdown list
