Import wikipedia database into mediawiki

I am looking for someone to import the latest wikipedia database dump files into my mediawiki, and set it up as an online website.
I have already set up the Mediawiki systems and all you need to do is to download the wikipedia database (freely available) from the wikipedia website and import it into the mediawiki MYSQL database so that we have a wikipedia website.
I have a VPS with 50GB disk space.

The front end of the site is the mediawiki script is MediaWiki and the English Wikipedia dumps is here :pages-articles.xml.bz2
The corresponding Wikipedia images are here: http://ftpmirror.your.org/pub/wikimedia/images/wikipedia/
