Invision Power Board - Gaming Ladder Integration (-half Complete) - repost

I currently have a forum community, hosted with INVISION POWER BOARD, with 3,000 members and 280 members, I need the ladder integrated with my forum. I already have the integration bridge, and the ladder files are ALREADY installed. I couldnt dont know what to do from there.. you just need to pick up from where I left off..

Anything over $100 dont bother pls..
