Magento Custom Template

I'm looking to do a whole new revamp to my current website which will be mentioned to the winner of this project. My website is currently in the Magento Platform and want a new custom template for it. I want the site VERY similar to: [login to view URL] which is also a Magento website. What I want - Custom homepage design with clean CSS coding. - Custom product page design - Custom grid design - A lot of modifications, addons to be done you must be expert in CSS,PHP coding and familiar with Magento platform. When you bid please say I've read your requirements, and prompt your bid all users who don't will be ignored. I will not pay ANY upfront payment without any work done, because of my past experience with Freelancer's saying they know how to do it and coming after payment they're clueless and it takes 10 reminders to complete simple task. No milestone payment will be made without completion and approval of design. So do not expect any initial payments. If you do the job right you'll get the payment right.
