Medical Patient Management System

I'm looking for a full site developed in PHP & mysql. Since the project will consist in developing a site with all of their features and adding some more features that I will provide in the PMB process. Is vital that you understand all of their features. Modules should include: Patient records & history. Doctors appointments scheduling that could be visualised by doctor or specialist on a daily, weekly or monthly basis Front desk management E-mail confirmations and scheduling reminders to patient via e-mail or SMS Patients messages to Doctor/ Front desk assistant. Patient dashboard that will permit them to check their records. Ability to print Prescriptions. Ability to issue and print bills based on the procedure that the medic did and the discount card that the patient has For doctor/Physician page: Reports of Visitors per day/week/month that the medic saw Report of Income per day/week/month (this is the money that the medic received or that will receive, payed and on hold) Reports on Average wait time per patient that the medic saw Admin side Reports of Visitors per day/week/month with possibility to select an speciality, medic or discount card/ assurance Report of Income per day/week/month ( with sections of payed in cash, credit card or pending from assurance) Reports on Average wait time per patient Reports on Employee attendance list ( All employers need to log in to register their attendance and also their absence) Reports on Pending appointments per day/week/month More details will be provided in the PMB process.
