Myspace & Tagworld friend adder

I am looking for a website that will function as both a myspace and tagworld friends adder. The user would sign up and upon successful payment he/she would have access to the members area. Within the members area the client could login to either their myspace or tagworld account to begin utilizing the script/bot which gathers friends and broadcasts friend requests. However, rather than having a stand alone downloadable program, the user would access a website to manage accounts. The site needs to be designed to look profession and have an easy to use interface.
