Need a dynamic website w/implementation

Hi guys. The title is clear. This website is destined to showcase my work, it's not commercial at all, so I won't be needing payment platforms. This is easy as it can be, and I'd like you to include merry 2013 in your message so I know you read the description. The technologies are up to you, I won't it simple and clean, and I don't need templates, for that I'd buy a $10 template and would create the site myself. Bear in mind the following: - I don't work with 0 feedback/Negative feedback freelancers, so if you're one of these please don't apply; - I won't pay more than what I am offering, so don't bid above the value or try to negotiate later; - If I had the time I'd do it myself, so it's easy to understand I know what I want and what is this all about. If you don't have the skills, please don't bid. My needs are simple and I will discuss them with the winning bidder. Any bid that fails to respect all of the above will be reported for spam. I don't need samples, as the site will be created from scrap, but portfolio for me to see won't hurt. Just remember: I'll ignore templates. Thank you
