Our Company acts as a Finance Broker to 1); Car Dealers, 2); Real Estate Agents, and 3); the public throughout New Zealand. Providing used car Loans and home/property Mortgages.
We want to develop three web-based "online application forms" that car salesmen, real estate agents and the public can log onto (create their own passwords), apply through, "archive," and "update" their or their clients' details in.
This web-based portal must be easily accessed by users/administrators, and securely linked back to our Company.
The facility should be able to handle "communications" back and forth with our lending staff who will need to convey acceptances, declines or queries with our client applicants.
We would prefer to give out a simple online address for our client network to go to which is controlled/hosted entirely by under our control.
POINT of clarification!
The project is only ONE online application facility/form!
But the three different types of client can access/source that "same" apllication process.
I would expect an input area where applicants are able to "post" comment in support of there application.
Particularly for explanations of their credit history and why they profile the way they do.
