I need a professional programmer for a web based game project.
A very brief overview of The games "concept"
The purpose of the "game" is to be a WEB based game for tracking/motivating/inspiring sales teams on their "sales presentations" to prospective customers.
In its simplest form the game will be a fun, visual & interactive way of illustrating to sales people that sales is all about working through the numbers - that there is a formula/ratio of closes to the amount of presentations done to prospects - and that every single presentation (irrespective of the success of the sale) is essentially a deposit into a virtual bank account that will eventually translate into success and in turn into $$.
Therefore each time you see a client you are making a deposit into a virtual bank account & you building an asset in your assetbank....
The intention behind the game is to help sales people understand that getting "NO's" from prospects is part of the sales process & are as valuable as a "yes" when viewed in the context of X amount of presentations will produce a certain amount of Yes's & a certain amount of NO's - this is a closing ratio and so the No's can be deposited because they will ultimately produce a yes.
It is very important that it is understood that this is a game - it needs to be fun - BUT it also needs to capture & store data that is used to track progress - prospects details etc - the programming must then be able to convert those presentations captured into a $ amount - there will need to be reports that can be drawn from the data captured etc - so basically even though it is a game the backend will be very data rich with various reporting functions.
A detailed comprehensive brief will be given to freelancer with relevant experience - THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO DEPOSIT OR UPFRONT MONIES PAID - but milestone payments can be negotiated.
The design of the game is already done - we need a programmer/developer that can give us a fully functional & operational version of this game to be put on our website.
