Able to display items by category, and sub category (all categories to be created internally via admin control panel)
The website must also be mobile compatible accessible via mobile devices
4. Multi Currency
We'll need to display the products in both USD and the local currency using an exchange rate that can be updated daily
Shipping costs are also to be displayed in both USD and the local currency
6. Customer Registration
Customers will need to first register on the site before they can check out or save wish/gift list
But browsing products is open access.
Customers will have the option to sign into their account at any time to place new orders or amend old ones. They can proceed to purchase items in the their gift or wish list or even basket.
7. Order Payment
Once they complete their shopping basket, they will be given an Order Reference Number. The payment options will be:
1. Pay Now via either Visa, Mastercard or Interswitch Card
2. Pay at any Quickteller ATM
3. Pay at bank directly into either our USD or local currency account
8. Email Updates
They will get the following email updates:
1. Order Confirmation
2. Order Has Been Shipped
3. Order Has Arrived In-country
4. If Collecting that the Order is Ready for Collection
5. Order Is Out For Delivery
6. Order Has Been Delivered

2. Ability to enter bank/credit card payment references to confirm that an order has been fully paid for
3. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, orders cancel in local currency if not paid for within 2 working days of the order being generated
4. Able to automatically update the local currency prices once the USD/Local Currency exchange rate is updated
5. Able to calculate shipping costs based on a combination of the items weight and the state/province that the item is being shipped to
1. Able to edit all text in admin from About Us to Terms & Conditions, plus any subsequent pages we may need to add (internally) at a later date. e.g FAQ's, Special offer page etc.
2. We need to be able to change our front end banners through admin.
3. Photos uploaded in admin needs to be able to resize automatically, each uploaded photo to be automatically water marked for copyright reasons. .

5. Different level of admin access, management and staff
6. Staff admin report to keep record of each staff task, completed or not, plus what each staff has recently looked at.
7. Record/order deletion is reserved for management only
8. System needs to be able to store all emails in a file, along with name and country, for e-mail marketing purposes.
9. System needs to have a report section, sales by day, week, month, year etc, Individual staff sales activity report, telephone orders, online orders, over the counter orders (maybe at a later date)
