Online Posting Service Site - Amember + Website Design

I need a membership site run by Amember software providing a posting services to my members.
How this service is going to work.
1) Members will make a post.
2) The content of the post will reflect on member home page.
3) The content of the post will also be sent out to the rest of the members via email.
4) Members will be able select to receive individual posted content via email OR select to receive all the posted content (within a period of time, for example past 6hrs to be send out to their email altogether)
Website Design Needed.
I would prefer to work with guys who understand Internet Marketing, who knows how to design a site for better conversion.
