We’re a real estate brokerage company that specializes in foreclosure properties. We’re interested in building a new website based on open source Open-Realty.
We’d like to customize Open-Realty so that it closes matches this site: lynnhornerbaker.com. We’d like to use the Open-Realty theme liquid. We really like the graphics used on this site for each of the buttons but we can not use those exact buttons due to copyrights.
So we’d like to use similar graphics to what’s used on the site like the “Exclusive Buyer Profile”, Free Over-The-Net Home Evaluation, etc. We will not need all the graphics in the center like Distress Bank Foreclosures, etc.
We understand we are limited to some degree by Open-Realty, but we’d like to duplicate as much of it as possible.
We’ll provide the custom text that can be copied and pasted into each of the pages.
On most of the pages, you’ll notice a script/form for users to enter their information. This form will feed into SugarCRM. If you’re able to perform this function, let us know, but its not a requirement to complete this project. But feel free to let us know what you would charge to complete the scripts.
We’re asking that each bid provide us with a quote for how much you would charge to customize Open-Realty and how long it would take to duplicate this site. We’re looking for a long term partner to work with as we will be adding multiple features as well as complete integration with SugarCRM. But that is the future.
