Opencart checkout add-on module - with language support

We are looking for a checkout add-on module to our opencart shop. When the customer has put an item in the basket – some extra choices should appear. These choices are to trigger extra sales (Accessories question - Do you have everything you need?).

We would like to have 2-5 options (choices) which are visible, triggered on the products in the shopping cart, on the sum (amount) of the order and other store owner choices. The module has to have language support so that we easily can change language.
